Again, NO ONE WAS BEING FLIPPANT ABOUT RAPE! No one is harassing rape victims. You're throwing out serious claims here, when that is not at all what OP's post said. Thousands of games THAT DO NOT FEATURE RAPE got banned for simply featuring adult content, hence 'icky'.
