If you are sick of looking at those blinding towers, get used to it. California Public Utilities Commission voted today to reject PG&E's deal to close Ivanpah and lower electric bills.

Perfect timing. The kid never heard about tule fog & I explained that it is responsible for major pileups in the Central Valley. I can now answer the “why is it called that” question (kids, right?) and I know why it happens. 🧐TY Dr Swain!
