They kinda just ignored the fact that most medications are harmful for a person who doesn't have the condition it's supposed to treat.
A healthy person taking high BP meds are going to have problems & quickly.

Also, I would like to request they make the information available in writing. I don't want to hear any clips.
25.02.2026 07:53 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Just so people are aware there is plenty of good research showing Tylenol consumption during pregnancy does NOT cause autism. Rather the viral infections that prompted Tylenol dose may contribute to autism (hence the weak correlation). Genetics is the top contributing factor though.
25.02.2026 07:48 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0He says he wants "investigation" but his govt won't fund research... so... someone is going to magic into being.
...and it's going to be a completely random "cause" they picked from some correlation found in research that has a common cause. Like the Tylenol causes autism
Oh, so you had to locate those communications... that sounds like an awful task- unless you only communicated through one app.
I just think of all the ways I keep in touch & well, tons of work.
I've had to track foods, symptoms & stats- it was SO much work.
I'm actually impressed you were able to come up with a timeline after the fact!
It sucks that you have to do this. I hope this dr can find something to help you.

21.02.2026 14:45 β π 90 π 15 π¬ 5 π 2I just don't understand the reasoning of these ppl. Sure, I understand believing that it's going to be fine bc "no measles" but after the worst happens?!? How is it not I wish I did something different? & no trust in medicine for vax but it's fine when he's sick.
21.02.2026 08:24 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I can only imagine! Even just walking a single IV pole to imaging was difficult.
Fortunately, I haven't had to stay overnight admitted in a hospital.
It's wild to me that when they don't know the cause of infection that the hospitals don't default to *assume it can be transmitted any & all ways*
Apparently that's too much bother. Half-ass droplet precautions with zero contact tracing.
Okay, after reading that story I realized my mouth was open. That's wild!
I just assumed a guest since the designated nurse was obviously somewhere else (since I couldn't see them) but maybe not.
Quite often the door was closed in friend's room because she had music on pretty much all the time.
I was informed confidently today that "masks don't work" & he proceeded to tell me it's like a chain-link fence won't keep out mosquitoes.
Oh & that my mask wasn't staying on (it's an elastomeric respirator).
I didn't respond but seriously... π
Yah, with isolation room no one was around, so I assume it was guests who left it open. I just closed it as I walked by (I was wearing a respirator & the sinks to wash out were right there).
21.02.2026 07:02 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0There's usually ppl in the groups who have been doing it for a long time so they have what works best for them.
21.02.2026 06:56 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0It does take some efforts & practice but it's a great skill to have!
I found discussing it with ppl in support groups for my specific chronic health condition a good start- because they can offer tips for addressing specific concerns
Oh yah, I'm not suggesting ppl not do self advocacy at all. Just familiar with the complexities that accompany it, particularly when there's significant power differences. Some drs particularly need to be approached... delicately. Plus, being sick can make communication more difficult.
21.02.2026 06:50 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I completely see how the ICU & burns units can end up with tons of pathogens spreading. All the bedside procedures, equipment that's attached, plus most more prone to illnesses particularly ones that get worse when still.
21.02.2026 06:44 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It was helpful that her community dr is connected with the hospital, specialized in her pre-existing condition, and is well regarded. Plus frontline staff & her family were advocating &we all agreed to do whatever was necessary to get her home.
21.02.2026 06:38 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0It made me mad. 3 of the pneumonias were pathogens only found in hospitals (with 1 found in burn units, which they had moved her to after saying they wouldn't). It was such a gong show. Hospital admin absolutely sucked & made the situation worse. Front line staff were fantastic.
21.02.2026 05:58 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Yah... the patient I was with was actually released directly from the ICU, thanks to her community dr advocating hard to get her out of the hospital before she caught something else. There was an airborne precautions room done the hall & they didn't even close the door.
21.02.2026 05:54 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Yah, as someone with my own chronic health issues, I know very well how the power dynamic often plays out.
21.02.2026 05:50 β π 6 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Finally, the regulator admitting what everyone assumed caused the earthquakes... surprise! It wasn't naturally occurring shifts of the crust.
21.02.2026 05:43 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I recently spent a great deal of time with someone in the ICU... infection control was definitely not ideal. Despite there being a sink for hand washing in the room, it was rarely used- even when they weren't wearing gloves. Patient was there for 4mths w 6rounds of pneumonia.
21.02.2026 05:29 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0It's infuriating.
And most workplaces don't have sufficient "disabled" toilet rooms for this policy- it's making people with disabilities need to compete for ZERO good reason.
... why wouldn't you just wash your underwear in the bathroom sink? Seriously, not that hard to squeeze out the extra water. Plus you could actually use soap, wash, then rinse, hang to dry (or blow dry) & have ACTUALLY clean underwear.
This "hack" doesn't need to exist.
Turns out the cars driven remotely did better than the AI.
Just another piece of evidence that the AI tech being pushed isn't any good.
Given the warming has already reached ~1.4C, it's definitely likely.
Particularly with the way the increase is accelerating.
People should be preparing for this...
I hope they brought up Canada's loss of measles elimination in the context of even ppl travelling domestically with an unvaccinated person is a problem. That's why it's an issue in the US too.
18.02.2026 12:36 β π 5 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Oh, she had rash & large white pustules. I was quite concerned.
She was only 20yo but hadn't been eating well (blood test showed malnutrition)- adequate calories but no variety, was super stressed & not sleeping well. It took her a long time to recover too
Oh, yah. I completely understand grouping them together. Easier for scheduling, fewer pokes, less post- vax "sick" feeling (I know, it's the antibody production & actions).
1 in 2,500 is still low risk.
