If you celebrate the upcoming holiday, you may be experiencing loss and grief and struggling with this. Disenfranchised grief is grief that isn’t recognized or acknowledged, traditional rituals or supports may not be there. Interpersonal loss and grief is harder to process than is a loss by death.

How do you manage stress? I am getting outside, moving my body by walking and yoga. Mindful of what I allow into my space, such as news and where my source comes from. I’m reading, a lot. In addition to breath work, grounding, meditation and using my eyes, because where we look affects how we feel!

From one of my favorites, Brene Brown. Discussing stress and overwhelm. Stress is interesting to me, it can be motivating, healthy even. If you are feeling stressed, I encourage you to take action, “do something” and this will allow your body and mind to utilize stress and not be overwhelmed by it.
