That's the averages of all polls and is a lagging indicator. If you look at the most recent polls, it's more like 5 percentage points but you have outliers that even put the Greens ahead.

When you read the appeal decision, the judge makes some bizarre statements. The kind of stuff that makes you go "wtf?"
It's clear the judge had no interest in actually looking at the problems that were surfacing and wanted to sweep it under the carpet. It's just too high profile to challenge.

No offence but if you're saying that I doubt you have.
If you've looked into how the prosecution investigated the case you'd know we now have access to more information than either Cheshire Police or the CPS did. This is why the case is looking so iffy - because a lot more info has come out.

Nah, the trial was a joke. The investigation was completely botched. Cheshire Police started with a conclusion and worked backwards. There was basically no defence put up so the jury were swayed by logical fallacies and misrepresentations.
