do you guys follow certain routines when you go to the gym? i wanna do weight training, but idk where to start and i don’t wanna look goofy
so i usually just stick to the treadmill and the machines i know how to use

i had to guesstimate a lot bc i was with my mom and my bf but im assuming around 600-700 for the sandwich…. so ending the day a high at 1000-1100 :(
