I can't argue with you on that. However, elsewhere I noted ICE has authority to enforce CIVIL immigration law, not CRIMINAL law of any kind. Ergo, there is no legal justification for them:

* to be armed.
* to be masked.

So they should be unmasked and not armed.

Every person in ICE + CBP has to be fired and the whole function rebuilt.

There has to be accountability for the gross misconduct, brutality, civil rights violations, assaults and murders conducted by these thugs.
