I don't know why people aren't having more kids. We've tried everything from soaring inflation, suppressing wages, stripping rights, destroying public services, making literally everything more expensive, making literally everything more expensive in a different way, and sending in the marines

A majority of Americans are seriously underreacting to what is happening in this country.

Ack! I made a post to social media back in 2018 when permitting my mixed-use fourplex with a couple dozen paper forms spread on my office floor showing some (not all!) of the many permit forms I had to complete. It's really out of hand isn't it?

I sure hope they saved that homemade Wildcat Market sign. That's real neighborhood character right there, maybe painted by the Neighborhood Character.

Oh yeah, I do small projects. You could fit 20 of my projects under this one example! I could use a much smaller one.

Seeing this construction project was mind blowing:

in Copenhagen, multiple apartment buildings are being built INDOORS and on-site, in a single “Site Cover” temporary shelter.

Mind. Blown. What I wouldn't give to be able to use one of these Site Covers for my projects. Absolutely next level.
