Idk if this would be helpful to anyone else but I have 2 main responses to my own anxiety about my tattoos: it’s only as permanent as I myself am, and no matter who I become it doesn’t change who I was. Now I have 9 tattoos and I truly love them all, even as the ink spreads and the colors fade.

My ex was still on the “shouldn’t have to” part of his ADHD journey… I suggested that he keep a supply of his meds in his backpack since he needs them to function and he often forgot to take them, but no. He “just needs to remember” to take them before he leaves the house…

I found a FB group for neurodivergent affirming CLINICIANS and they had a rule that you couldn’t say the clinical diagnosis (ADHD, ASD, etc) because it’s “pathologizing”.
