I’m in the exact same boat - I’m newer to Eddie, but he’s everything I love about pro wrestling. The hate he can show with his eyes, the passion in his promos.. I feel like if they ever decide to put the world title on him it would be one of, if not the, best moments in AEW’s history.

No, he’s just kind of been there and it sucks because I love the guy. I really feel like he’s still going to be fine though. I’m glad they’re building up guys like Fletcher and Garcia. Maybe this tournament leads to him going back to the Okada of old after he looks at how everything has shook out 🤷🏻‍♂️

Fletcher won via dickkick, the sky isn’t falling. Did you hear the crowd? Maybe I’m just naive, but I feel like Okada will be the biggest star in the company the minute he eventually turns face.

Every time I see Hobbs I wonder why he’s not pushed as the biggest star in the company. I know he’s been injured, but there’s definitely something there and they need to capitalize on it.
