They look great. I've got all my herbs in pots on my kitchen window sill, planted Garlic Chive seeds 2 months ago, and only got 1 shoot out of about 20-30 seeds. My Basil, Mint, Parsley and Dill are all thriving though, Oregano and Thyme are still at the seedling stage
