So, here's the draft of the paper Eric Schwitzgebel wrote in relation to my book. It is funny that the main problem of the paper is the issue I did not write about in my book. But, after reflection, it is most probably true that I should have :)

This paper took me over a year just to write, not mentioning the reviews etc. at the beginning I thought "oh, I have a nice quick argument" and I ended up writing my typical behemoth of a paper.
