I’m in eastern canada so there isn’t much we can get when winter comes

we get cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce year round from greenhouses, roots tend to hold up for a while

beyond that with the us boycott we now get fruits from peru, south africa and morocco - cheap and real tasty
