It’s not just robbery. I’d assume things like immigrants who are wrongly deported, family court, pretty much everything. Nobody can make them turn around and go “no, think again”

Less about no jury trials, so much as the no right to appeal.

Supposing, for the sake of argument, I’m accused of stealing an e-bike. It’s robbery so I get the government going “Yeah she did it. Proof”. Judge goes “3 years in prison”. I’ve no right to appeal that, to argue my trial wasn’t fair.

Most of it by now, I feel.

Objectively they did make it so that she burned her bridges and couldn’t come back from it all.

Plus side, I did enjoy them starting The Good Fight with Diane firmless and broke.

Last season and a half probably (The Good Wife). They could’ve made it way more interesting just by letting Alicia be States Attorney.

The last season was pretty much her chain bonking Jason, who she didn’t end up with anyway, with some court cases thrown in. It was weird.

Nope. It’s just someone from the US delegation and the Russia delegation coming and restating again what it will take to stop them (temporarily) bombing Ukraine.

Haven’t willingly watched a BBC program for years. Won’t read their news. Even when I read it, I take it with way more buckets of salts than most other places.

The main reason, only reason, I am looking forward to the budget is so I stop seeing pieces about what people think may be in the budget.

Has happened before. My daughter was pre diabetic, few years ago. They also told her if she didn’t work on it she’d drop dead of a heart attack. When we complained they denied they’d said it.

I’m less than impressed with mine right now. I have high cholesterol (working on it, no worries) and got a phone call from a nurse to tell me what I already knew. It’s that she made it sound like I was going to die there and then that was my issue with them.
