I tried to set up cameras around a bowl of cat food to try and see them, but they only show up when I sleep outside, growling from right outside the tent wall.

Mine show up at night, pairs of reflective eyes staring back at me from behind yucca. They’re cute at day and creepy at night - uncanny valley, adjacent to dogs but with a nightmare’s twist.

The leadership won’t even endorse the hyper popular progressives like Mamdani. Democrats don’t come up with progressive policies because they’re opposed to progressive policies, they crush all dissent to maintain an agenda palatable to the donors, but not popular enough to consistently win.

So you run a centrist democrat for president, they continue pro-corporate, anti-population policies (healthcare gets worse, food stamps are taken way, millions are slaughtered overseas), and a weary and jaded electorate vote for another Trump who promises to right the ship.
