Hi, hello, I lived in Oakland, CA for nearly 20 years and I can tell you that OPD, which has been under federal oversight for how egregious their "policing" was & is is chock full of maladjusted dudes with a hard-on for power trips & guns & racial violence. It's not better in Mpls, just more white.
