That's right. I remember we were listening to TMS. Someone mentioned a 'sticky dog'. I have no idea who else was there - can't recall much, except possible being asked "Would you like an, erm....squash?"

Yes, as a child cricket fan I wrote some (probably highly unfunny) bits. "Banned by Lord's" I think it used to say proudly on each cover. Did you go to the get together in (I think) Finsbury Park that time? I think everyone else was horrified when a 15 yo turned up

Lincoln play at the LNER Stadium - so no doubt that irritating Muppet will be prominent. But that's enough about [insert own joke here]

The game of football itself is fine. Don't mess with it in any way shape or form - leave the laws as they are.

More #Edfringe today. Saw the amazing Alfie Cain (ex Chelsea youth) in 'Dropped', giving us an unflinching view from inside the brutal machine that is youth pro football. Brilliant writing, brilliant performance, eye-opening story

I've broken my #EdFringe duck: The Imitator at Assembly Checkpoint is fantastic - Julian Fontalvo is an incredible singer and storyteller. Great show.

Brilliant to see cricket covered by The Athletic. There's so much to cover, on and off the pitch.

For all but one of the last 4-5 games I've tried to get to as a member, the only tickets left have been Westview, which is dynamic pricing wearing a fake nose and glasses

Congratulations Simon on the most depressing article of the season (so far). What epic mismanagement there is at our club. The sooner this cabal of fools is nowhere near us the better. Let's just hope there's the remnants of our club left after they've finished their 'work'
