Don't forget that joy is resistance against tyranny. Joy is unpredictable and emotional and you can't be controlled when you are in a state of joy. The administration wants us to be beaten down and in despair because that's how they feel. Choose joy over tyranny, please.

"This is the harsh reality of the modern world: Not only is it going to collapse into chaos and widespread suffering, by continuing to live in the modern world, we’re making the collapse that much worse."

You can’t get into Heaven if you go around arresting innocent people and pardoning guilty ones.

To Donald Trump and his administration:

If you hurt my people, nothing will stop me β€” not time or political circumstance β€” from making sure you face justice under our constitutional rule of law.

The first time Charlie Chaplin used his voice in a film, he wielded it to forcefully condemn the rising forces of fascism around the globe. Will we listen to his words today?

Sometimes the historical dictionary offers solace through the existence of an obsolete word that is sorely needed now. One of them is β€˜respair’, recorded just once, in the 15th century. It means fresh hope, and a recovery from despair.

Pause for three minutes and soak up the grace of this man.

Earlier today, the father of three U.S. Marines, Narciso Barranco, spoke publicly for the first time after being pinned to the ground and savagely punched by ICE agents while they arrested the landscaper outside the IHOP where he worked.

A child whose world is lost when politicians reject science.
A baby sent across an ocean of stars to seek the safety of another land.
A refugee embraced by America who uses his great power to help everyone on Earth.
A kind and humble hero who challenges a cruel and narcissistic billionaire.
A man who can be anything who chooses to be a journalist for truth and justice.
A symbol of hope pushing back against fear.
A smile. A friend.
This is the time for Superman.

Those were the days. Spinner racks at the corner market or drugstore. Trading comics with friends, and reading those magical stories. Great memories. 😌

Trump has canceled Biden's ethics rules. Critics call it the opposite of 'drain the swamp' Donald Trump took office eight years ago pledging to β€œdrain the swamp” of the dominance of Washington influence peddlers.

Dear Dems. This is a reminder that Donald Trump rescinded the ethics rules preventing gifts to executive branch employees.

Now would be a good time to propose legislation formalizing the prevention into a law

Time to do things that make him react to you.

Hegseth just fired all of the top lawyers at JAG.
Know who started JAG? George Washington, in 1775, in order to maintain a just military.
No one sought this.
This is not an administration of patriots.
