Want to know what I've been reading? Probably not, But what if I told you it was mildly amusing on at least three occasions? WHAT THEN?

Midge Ure is poorly! Don’t be poorly Midge Ure -I love you.

Here’s something I wrote last year, about why.

Did Direct Line make a policy decision to make its customers leave? They used to have great customer relations. Today I’ve been met by the very definition of ‘What’s the absolute least we can do to help?’

I'm reading 100 books this year. That's right, I *am* the greatest man who's ever lived. Take a look at what I thought, here.

I’m living it all. Just bursting with imagination and seemingly able to handle any tone. Great cast too.

Strange New Worlds is just wonderful, isn’t it? It just has fun in so many different ways, and seems to be able to pull off anything it tries.

One of the worst ideas ever, and one which runs completely counter to the point of your job.

Want to know what I've been reading? No, I can't imagine why you would either. But here we are, so let's make the most of it.

Watching Firefly-movie ‘Serenity’. First night, lot of Firefly fans.

After Wash’s ‘leaf on the breeze” moment - the entire audience drew their breath in so hard it’s amazing the screen didn’t come flying towards us.

Replaying Last if Us 2. Mostly enjoying it. But I’d forgotten about the long and tedious mid section where you just walk about talking to poorly developed characters for about an hour.

I’m only going to engage with characters through gameplay, Last of Us.

Same. And what a lovely way to become aware of fellow geeks as they react.

See also - there are only two options. When you flick between them, both change colour. Which one is highlighted? You can only know by (incorrectly) guessing.

Time Is Relative - 2.4 The Romans The Romans is great. Here we see the TARDIS crew hanging out in Italy, drinking loads of wine and - in the case of Ian and Barbara - seriously approaching the point where they need to ask if this coun...

“Some ruffians burst in and start waving daggers about. They want Ian and Barbara to be slaves, you see, and their argument in support of this is, "We have knives".”

The AI description of my blog (Pancakes For Davros) seems to believe that it is, in fact, a band. A band I reviewed on the blog.

AI is a moron.

Spent a beautiful evening at the top of the house, with wine and windows open, watching ‘A Real Pain’. What a remarkable film.

Very late to the party with my viewing of “Mum” but good grief, how did I miss it? One of the most moving, joyous, sharply observed things I’ve seen. Heart explodingly good.

I’m too distracted by the episode numbering here. How are they working that out?

(I know, it’s not the point. Sorry)

The world turns out to be a role playing game played by the gods. Only the plucky 14 year old narrator and his friend - actual Midge Ure - can save us.

I called it Role Model.

I rewatched ‘Husbands of River Song’ recently. Had previously not enjoyed, but now had a great time. Realised it was because the first time, it had to do *all the things* that Who does. But, once time passes, every story folds into the pattern of the whole, and can just be one little weird part.
